Deposit: A “first night” deposit; including tax. Tax is required with your reservation.
Refunds: Refunds will be made with 14 Days prior notice of cancellation.
$50 service fee for ALL CANCELLATIONS.
If cancellation is within 14 days of your reservation, we may charge the full amount of the scheduled stay if we cannot fill the room.
