Stay at the closest Bed & Breakfast to the Chincoteague Wildlife Refuge, Assateague National Seashore Beach and the very best Ice Cream Store on the island.  Groups must reserve a minimum of three of our four rooms for two nights. A cot is available in two rooms. The group room rate is $100.00 per room per night.

All rooms have antique Queen size beds, a/c, heating, ceiling fans, dorm-style refrigerators and each has a private bathroom. Occupancy is two people per room.  Two rooms can accommodate a cot for one additional person.  Little people and tiny people are welcome. There is no tiny people furniture available, so bring theirs.  Sorry, no air mattresses due to the hard pine finished floors.  All group reservations require advance reservation and $100.00 advance deposit.   Virginia room occupancy tax is an additional ten percent.

This offer runs in the Fall of 2010 and the Spring of 2011. It is available weekdays only beginning September 17, 2010 and will include weekends after October 17, 2010. This offer runs until May 13^th, 2011.
